SHIPPING
Please note that standard production time is approximately 10 - 20 days, followed by 7-10 days for shipping. Our shipping times are subject to change due to quantity on hand or back ordering of materials. We appreciate your patience when ordering with the knowledge that each piece is hand-made, made to order with special attention to all detailing. Please note: During times of increased demand on production, such as holidays or bespoke projects, deliveries may take longer than usual. We will update you on the status and estimated delivery time for your order after the order has been confirmed. We will also notify you via email when your order has been shipped with the tracking numbers on your package.
We use registered air mail direct from Indonesia with an electronic tracking service. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track the package and make arrangements to be available when delivery is expected.  We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.  If the package is undeliverable due to access issues for the postal service, or if the package is lost upon/after delivery no claims can be made to us for replacement or refund.  You will receive an email of confirmation after your order is received and another when it is shipped with all your delivery info and tracking information.
